Information: He is a charming little boy who comes from a family of 5 children. His father and mother ran away from the civil war in Congo, rebels attacked their village and killed many people. His mother lives with post-traumatic stress disorder as a result, life is hard for them as a refugee family and Winner isn't in school yet due to lack of school fees. He needs help to attain education.
