Information: Monica is a bright little girl, living with her guardian since she was 9months old. Her biological father is mentally ill and can not take care of his family. His family broke up leading to Monica being abandoned. The guardian is getting financial challenges, hence affecting Monica's schooling. Monica needs school fees-support to have a stable education.
