Information: Seth was born to an under-age mother [14 years old]; his would be father ran away after learning that he had gotten an underage girl pregnant and has never been seen thereafter. Seth's mother was taken-in by a well wisher who took care of her during and after birth of Seth. And she has taken back to school. Seth was taken up by a guardian with a large family of her own and is not able to provide school dues. Seth needs support with welfare and school fees to attain quality education.
